2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of product(s) (decorative solutions, design and application materials, etc.), the qualities and sales prices of which are specified, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's Estetis website.

3. PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

The basic characteristics, quantity, type, sales price (including VAT), and payment method of the products are as specified in the cart content and order summary approved by the BUYER at the time the order is completed.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes to have read, understood, and electronically confirmed all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the contracted products specified in Article 3.

4.2. The SELLER is responsible for ensuring that the contracted product(s) are delivered intact, complete, conforming to the specifications specified in the order, and accompanied by any warranty documents and user manuals.

4.3. The product(s) subject to this contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/entity at the address specified by the SELLER within the period specified in the preliminary information, depending on the distance from the BUYER's residence, provided that the legal 30-day period does not exceed this period.

4.4. SELLER undertakes to notify the BUYER if it is unable to supply the product subject to this contract and, if applicable, to refund the full amount paid within 14 (fourteen) days.

4.5. Customized Products: Products specifically produced, cut, colored, or modified to meet the BUYER's specific requests and needs for architectural projects are exempt from the right of withdrawal pursuant to the Distance Contracts Regulation, and there is no right of return/cancellation for these products.
