At Estetis, we aim to maximize customer satisfaction with our solutions that blend with modern architectural styles and add value to spaces. The return and exchange terms below are determined within the framework of your legal rights.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1.1. Term: For standard (non-customized) products, the BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, without giving any reason or paying any penalty.
1.2. Terms of Use: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories, if any. Products that have been assembled, damaged, or lost their original quality cannot be returned.
1.3. Notification: Notification of exercising the right of withdrawal must be made in writing within 14 days to the SELLER's email address at info@estetis.net or by phone at +90 216 661 65 10 / +90 216 661 65 24.
1.4. Return Procedure: Following notification, the SELLER will provide the BUYER with the return address and/or return shipping code. The BUYER who exercises the right of withdrawal must return the product to the SELLER's address specified above within 10 (ten) days from the date of notification.
2. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Products That Cannot Be Returned)
In accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following product/service categories:
A. Special Products: Products that are specifically prepared, cut to size, colored, or modified to meet the BUYER's specific requests or personal needs (e.g., decorative panels sized specifically for architectural projects).
B. Perishable Products: Products that, due to their nature, are likely to deteriorate quickly or expire.
C. Products Requiring Installation: Products that have been installed and cannot be resold.
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURNS
3.1. If the product is damaged during delivery, the BUYER must have a report prepared in the presence of the courier. Damage reports submitted without a report are not the SELLER's responsibility.
3.2. If the product is found to be defective (defective) after delivery, the BUYER must notify the SELLER immediately (within a maximum of 30 days) of the delivery date. In this case, if a defect is detected after inspection of the product, the BUYER has the right to choose whether to exchange, repair, or refund the product.
4. REFUND
The SELLER is obligated to refund the price of the product to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The refund will be made in accordance with the payment method used by the BUYER (credit card refund, money transfer, etc.).
